At CALYPSA Studio, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below before submitting a request.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this period to be eligible.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on:

Full-priced clothing items in original, unworn condition

Items with tags still attached

Items returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked Final Sale

Worn, washed, or altered garments

Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards or digital products
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Email us at calypsastudio@outlook.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. We’ll do our best to accommodate, depending on availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the return is due to our error)
How to Return

Carefully package your item and ship it back to us.

Keep your tracking number for reference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
